According to current legislation, jewelry of appropriate quality cannot be exchanged or returned*.

* According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 15.05.1991 No. 1023-ХІ and Appendix No. 3, as well as Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994

But FERA appreciates its customers and exchanges jewelry that does not suit you in terms of size or any other characteristic.

The exchange is carried out within 14 days from the day of sale, provided that:

  1. Availability and integrity of gift packaging.
  2. No mechanical damage to the decoration.
  3. The product has no signs of use.

After receiving the product, it will take 5-7 working days to conduct analysis and check the condition and quality control. After checking the condition of the product, we exchange it.

Exchange is also possible for another model of jewelry, provided:

  1. The price of the product must not be lower than the realized price.
  2. If the price of the chosen decoration is lower, the difference is not returned, if the price of the decoration is higher, the difference is covered by the customer.

How to return the product?
Fill out the product return form (download the form) and put it in the package.

Delivery payment is at the expense of the sender.
The declared value is equal to the value of the product.
"Return delivery" and "Postpaid" services must be canceled.

Who covers the transport costs?

Transportation costs for the exchange of jewelry on the buyer's side, the cost is according to the carrier's tariffs.

If the return is due to the fault of the store manager, then transport costs are at the expense of the online store.
